CRO Xcelience Gets Government Training Grant

Tampa, FL (PRWeb) November 30, 2006 -- Xcelience (www.xcelience.com), a Tampa-based pharmaceutical contract manufacturer, has received a training grant of $82,000 to further training for its employees, the government agency Worknet Pinellas announced today.

The grant was approved because Xcelience spends more that $5,000 on average per year on training of its 54 employees. Worknet Pinellas is the local arm of Workforce Florida, a state organization which promotes economic growth through workforce development.

"Training is important in any industry, but it's crucial in our industry," Xcelience CEO Derek Hennecke says. "The science of formulation development is continually evolving, and we have to be confident our employees are on top of all the cutting edge information and ideas out there. This grant will help us hone our competitive edge and is important because our sponsors demand and deserve the very best from our employees. We attract sponsors who need high quality, speed and have a particular drug development challenge."

The funds will be used to further train in the fields of drug development, formulation development, cGMP training, quality management, software training and more, Mr. Hennecke says.

The contract is valid through May of 2007.

E-Gov Strategies to Reduce Government Costs
Turning basic jobs of government over to web based solutions when possible and where applicable is a good strategy to reduce costs. By implementing a hiring freeze in many areas of government and using attrition methodology to cut down the incredible payroll costs of the government, we can begin to slow the ever increasing "Blob" or "Bureaucratic Goo" clogging the nation, wasting tax payers dollars and costing our citizenry in promised benefits for their participation in the system, for which they receive so little.

Government Seized Car Auctions
Government seized car auctions are probably the secret behind why some people can keep changing their cars. No, I am not talking about those millionaires who are so rich to keep collecting sports convertibles from the car showrooms. I am talking about the average Joes or your next door neighbor. Buying a new car can be an expensive affair and the moment you drive it out on the road, depreciation hits home. And the fuel costs can really add to the pain. So, let us see why government seized car auctions could be your answer to getting your dream car at hugely discounted prices.
