Membership is available to qualifying physicians and is entirely free.

Included are physicians in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the Department of Defense (DoD), the U.S. Public Health Service (USPHS), the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Medicare and Medicaid.
